help with google chrome? - widecattle468 - 04-28-2014 05:42 PM

every now and then it says "google chrome has stopped working, shockwave flash has stopped working" or something, what does that mean and how is it fixed?

It usually mean that Google Chrome has crashed or something, but i wouldnt worry about it, its usually fixed by pressing F5 (refresh)

It means that a adobe's flash plugin is "down" and can't render or display anything you want.Adobe flash crashes(or goes down) when you open a lot of "flashy" websites, like video sites, flash based game sites, or even ads on many webpages.
If you empty you browser's cache and not use many of your computer's RAM, this may be less likely to happen.
