I own a couple of websites and they all use adsense. Currently I'm focusing on only one website about Insurance (insuranceinformator.blogspot.com), I would like to know if the multiple websites affect my cpc?

CPC is via the keyword on your website thats why you use channels, no it does not effect using different websites
