need oponions if you bought an item from a company and lets say you ordered a small and got a medium would u ask for a full refund or a partial refund?
my item cost 60 bucks i ordered a medium
but seller sent me a small and is willing to give me a partial refund of lowsy 5 dollars
should i open a dispute for a full refund or is 5 dollars fair since 5 dollars is the difference

Your dealing with individual Chinese suppliers on Aliexpress, Chinese contract law seems to not really offer you much legal recourse, your much more likely to reach a satisfactory arrangement on Ebay where established sellers are more concerned about maintaining a good reputation.
There are also Chinese suppliers selling through Amazon, which probably enforces better customer support.

Why would you keep something that's too small for you if they offer you a lousy five bucks when you paid sixty?
Open a dispute. Get your money back.
