This ad keep showing on my home page each time I open it.. I am tired of having to click on spam to get rid of it and it keeps coming back.

Facebook streams to see what you have looked up on the Internet and your like and interests. Maybe you have Googled about politics in the past.

Clear your cache and cookies, close the browser, then re-open it and try again. You should have your browser set to clear those every time you close it anyway.
