My brother gets 300kb ± speed on his laptop and tablet and I only get 20-30kb speed.on my.laptop and my phone, I checked if my bandwidth is limited but its not

Wireless speed has many factors. For example, depending on the age of your devices, they may use an outdated wireless standard, or just not have the best wireless cards. Speed is also affected by your distance from the access point and any interference that may be in the way.
