Try using Yahoo Mail on a different browser (e.g. IE, Firefox, Google Chrome).
Run a full virus scan of your computer with your anti-virus software.
After that run a full malware scan. Use the free edition of SuperAntiSpyware (superantispyware.com) if you don't have anti-malware software.
You might try using Yahoo Mail Basic instead of full featured Yahoo Mail as a temporary workaround:
