we are owning a website. Its based on an iPad game. Its user website where users interacts with each other. We have monthly 75K visitors. Its advertising revenue is appx USD 25 through adsense.
how do we value the website and how can we sell it
monthly 75k page views. Visitors are 10-15k.

Its depend upon how is ranking of your website .firstly you have to boost your Page rank ,Domain Authorization by which user can interact with your site as i would like to know you value of a website can higher by Search Engine Optimization by which you can touch your website's value on high place.
