Someone that you trust.
Someone that will guide you as well as develop your online business. This person needs to be available for post completition questions as well, since any website is a continual work in progress.
Someone that demonstrates a competence in developing online businesses, and answers your very direct questions.
Don't concern yourself with where they are located, as emails and phone calls are cheap today.
Pay very close attention to the answers they provide. Are they being helpful or are the answers more BS?
