I sometimes see on their Instagram,Keek etc surounded with fans.How did those fans get to meet them?

they usually just see them in public at random or at events where they know they will be

Well they're obviously creepy stalkers.. Don't be tht... But they just search up where their fave celeb is headed and just go there if they're near the place.. Or just drive for 1 whole day if they're real desperate. But all u gotta do is see their twitter or insta and just, u know, stalk like a lil thing u are....
