if it was an illegal downloading site it has probably been forced to shut down by the authorities

This probably got tooken down by the authors of the website due to a lawsuit, pressed charges, etc. due to the name, I bet it is downloading songs for free, which is illegal and you can get thrown into jail for illegal copyrighted songs. Hopefully this helps.
