It means he suspects you will add cute lovey stuff to his wall and suddenly claim you are his gf when you are not. Obviously you are after him and he isn't interested...you call it flirting but is he just being polite.

A guy that doesn't add you on fb is simply not to be trusted.
Cut that disgusting swine out of you life before you turn 13 !
