I have an iPod touch 5 and I've heard that there are apps for Android that can do this but Bluestacks, a virtual machine running the android OS, doesn't run off wifi since it's on my desktop PC. Anyway I want to spam the wifi to prank my brother. Is there any way to do this on my iPod touch 5th generation running iOS 7.0.4?
