I cannot get rid of SNAP.DO.com!? - Gentlemengame344 - 04-28-2014 06:44 PM I have google chrome, i have gone to settings; 'On Startup' is on Open New Tab. 'Search' Google, 'Manage Search Engines' Default Google, Other amazon.com, answers.yahoo.com. Then to Extensions; All I have is 'Norton Identity Protection.' and that is not even enabled since it has always crashed, I disabled it like half a year ago. This started happening like a little over a month ago. I have google chrome, i have gone to settings; 'On Startup' is on Open New Tab. Did you go to Control Panel > Programs & Features and see whether there is an entry for this? If so, uninstall it. Then run a scan using the free Norton Power Eraser tool and see if it helps: http://www.Norton.com/npe Thanks! Vineeth Norton Social Support |
