Is there such a thing as a kind of, online cinema? You can host a film, whether uploading or finding it, and make a group/party, and they can all join and be viewing the same film as you, at the same time, seeing the exact same thing - with preferably a chat. Obviously, all of this on the Internet. Any suggestions?

My son and his friends do it on Livestream.com. Its free for uploads up to 1GB.
I think you want the original livestream, not the new one, I havent used the new one so im not sure if it works the same way. The original is here:

and theres a game called Gmod where theres a gamemode where you can watch movies with friends.
