I keep getting Error CE-33991-5 on my PS4 everytime I try to set up an internet connection. Wether that be through Wi-Fi or LAN. It obtains the IP but immediately fails the Internet Connection, part and I have no idea why.
anyone found the solution for Error CE-33991-5 ???
I’m not able to connect to internet also.
I can connect with my laptop and phone but not with the PS4.
when i use other wireless networks it works perfectly but not when using mine.
it's like the MAC address of the PS4 has been flagged and the router is not allowing it to connect anymore.
help please.

dude i have the same problem too...
well i gota new connection only for my PS4
since the older one was really slow.
when i connect the new lan cable it says "can't connect to the internet"
but the older one works
