We also have a wireless booster which we bought recently and improves the connection sometimes but ultimately theres still a wireless connectivity problem.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

You will only get maximum speed on BT Infinity if you use a cabled connection as that is what it was designed for.
If you use a wifi connection then the speed will likely be halved.
Your wifi can possibly be improved though, have a read of Tony Northrups excellent article;

Otherwise you can look into powerline adapters which may work a little bit better than a wifi connection;

Then buy them from the cheapest reputable site.
That is about all the options available to you as far as I can see.
