There have been several huge ones.

Hogan defeating The Iron Sheik for the WWF Championship
Hogan defeating Andre the Giant at Wrestlemania 3
HBK defeating Bret Hart at Wrestlemania 12, in the Ironman Match
Austin defeating HBK at Wrestlemania 14

Theres been a few. Luger winning it off of Hogan on Nitro. Sting beating Hogan at Starrcade 97. Somebody mentioned Mankind beating Rock on Raw. Bret beating Yokozuna at WMX. Benoit winning at WM XX. All that sh*t
