I am looking to start a blog. I kayak fish saltwater and would like to post reports and pics. What do you think the best site is? I am not opposed to wordpress and paying $5 a month but are there other options that a free?

Wordpress can be free, they just add ''.wordpress.com'' after you domain name. Although there is this website offering great services for free. http://www.websitemoneytips.com
They install Wordpress or Weebly for free on your website and there is also a free logo design that comes with it! Give it a check.
