i have a computer with windows 8. i installed the photon plus dialer. then i clicked on connect and it said connect failed. i have reinstalled it many times but the same thing occurs connect failed connect failed.

right click on photon installer and go to properties and go to compatibility and check the box and change the compatibility with other option like 2000 or NT anything . This might help you

Goto oficial website of tata photon...support..download drivers..then download your os supported drivers..it will work

In windows 8 create a dial up networking with username as internet and blank password. The number to dial should be #777. Then just plug in the photon data card and connect via this connection.
