My Yahoo business email is not showing up in my yahoo support account.? - melissa - 04-28-2014 07:00 PM
I had to renew my business account. I lost all of my emails. I have reactivated it. Now my business email (ex. me@mybusiness.com) is not showing up in my support account (me@yahoo.com). When I email to my business account it goes straight to my main account & I cannot email fr/ my business account.

It sounds like you need to change your email options. You may have a forward set up to your Yahoo.com mail. You may be able to recover the deleted emails. If you're unable to use the contact page we provided, please email your Yahoo ID, domain name, phone number, and best time to call to ysb-social-media@cc.yahoo-inc.com.
