I need help with Ebay scammer & Paypal? - Goku - 04-28-2014 07:00 PM
Hi,
I have an issue with a customer claiming he didn't receive the item,I know he did because i paid extra for the delivery as it was fragrance and he took a week and a half to reply and instantly demanded the same product or a refund only,after I tried making him an offer he stopped replying,I now have the issue where If I try paying for something on ebay via my Paypal i get a notification saying the negative £20 balance will be included in the price.Does this mean if I pay for something the buyer will be automatically refunded and the case closed? Or will i have to lose another £20 since the case isn't even closed yet?

So put the delivery details into the case.
If you can show a signature upon delivery, the buyer will lose any of non-received case

You MUST send Ebay and Paypal delivery confirmation so they will restore your account. Right now if you are -20 they sided with the buyer if you did not provide proof of delivery
