I have storage and gold and internet it wont download anything so im afraid I will need a new xbox but if you have antrick or something for me to do will you please let me know what

1. Unplug and Replug your router
2. Reconnect on network settings and test connection.
3. Sign out sign in
4. Un do hard drive and replug hard drive
