OK so they've broken up like 4 times this time I guess something really bad happened.. anyways long story short she wrote "I'm sorry" in blood on her notebook and sent him a pic of it. And today on Facebook she wrote a suicidal status but with a smiley face...... what should he do? He doesn't love her but he feels pressured

He should do nothing. If they broke up don't contact her n don't reply when sends a message. This is calling her bluff. Don't worry she will stop
