I have made a blog ecloro.wordpress.com which was private and I recently made it public.It shows on google search too. But it does not count my visits even if I am not logged into the wordpress. I have opened it directly by writing it url in browser and also tried to open it by google search by my stat count still does not increase . I use this free blog from wordpress.com and I need your help.

Call customer service and ask them

Well if you have visited from the same PC which you created that site than it will not count.
remember that if you visit your own website than it is nit counted.
Is someone else visits than it is counted.
