Check And Make Sure you Have the Latest Instagram Version If you Have a Older Version and a Newer One is Available Install the Newer One As It Often Fixes Bugs And Glitch's
If You Have the Up To Date Version of Instagram
And The Problem is Still Not Fixed
Try Again Later
If the it Still Continues Please Contact Instagram and Report the Problem To Them
You Did Not State What the Problem Was Specifically if you Update your Question and Add What the Specific Problem is We May Be Able to Help you Better

Don't worry.
It seems happening some time.
May be it is some technical issue, so you just wait for some time and then try again.
If issue will remain then try some older version of instagram.
