Im with comcast and am strongly considering switching providers to AT&T uverse 1st if I do do i have to set a new Wifi Passord and reinstall my security stuff for the internet second do i have to return coax cables to comcast or can i keep those i know i have to return the boxes and remotes and the plug to plug it in but do they want the cables back. 3 rd questions is it possible to stream movies in another room and play facebook games on the commputer im going with 18mbps which is 7 less then comcasts 25mbps

You can probably keep the cables. Those are normally replaced.
You don't need to reset your wifi, you can leave it as it is unless comcast is providing the router. The one problem with AT&T Uverse is that your TV shares bandwidth with the internet, so using the television uses part of the bandwidth for internet. Recording multiple shows therefore consumes even more.
