Google Chrome is a web browser, not a web page.
If you mean default browser, just turn it on and it will ask.

I'm confused.... Google Chrome is a web browser, not a web page you could set as your home page. If you want to know how to set your home page in Google Chrome, look at this article: http://browsers.about.com/od/googlechrome/ss/chromehomepage.htm

Google Chrome is a browser, not a specific web page. It's faster than IE.
