I'm getting really bad stomach pains after i eat sugary food or snacks. I also get VERY bad headaches, bordering on migraines sometimes after i eat a lot of sugar. I'm a stone under weight, cycle a lot (nearly 10 miles a day) and i am in good shape. I am 14 years old. Do i eat to much sugar?

Then don't eat so much sugar.
The World Health Organization just updated the maximum added sugar rule to a target of 5% of your daily recommended calories.
It's prior recommendation of 10% angered sugar lobbyists who managed to lobby the US government into threatening to pull funding from WHO if the recommendation wasn't pulled. With the Internet social media today, it's doubtful that the sugar lobbyist will be able to strongarm the government again.
