I was a little pissed as I had not done anything to irritate the contact. No fights, not even regular messages. Maybe once in a few days or so. So I straight up sms'ed the contact and asked if I've been blocked and why? The contact just laughed it off sayin I've not been blocked.
But I still cannot see the timestamp, profile pic or status of the contact. Any message I send still has only one tick. I uninstalled and reinstalled whatsapp. Still the same thing. But the contact said I've not been blocked. So I'm wondering if the contact is lying or is there some problem with my whatsapp??
Hi Guys. Any more answers please? I still do not know if I've been blocked or not. Would really appreciate your help.

it means that person is having no internet connection or may be you are blocked.but i think it's a net prob.

Same thing here....said his whatsapp isn't working and I've been sitting right next to him when it's happened before....
