If you have problem with ads then download/install "Adblocker" in your browser it will remove all ads from all sites then you can surf internet more easily

If you use chrome there is a good free tool that block all ads called(AdBlock)

it is available for Firefox too

if you have different browser you need to download a good ad blocker program such as
Ad Muncher

which block ads on any browser.you can try it for 30 days

Try Add-blocker to be block adds by make proper setting in the Google setting.
