im made one yesterday and im still a little unsure about stuff. like:
how to make it so when you tag someone in a tweet
do you get a notification when someone fallows you
how do you get someone famous(like ohhh lets say the biebs<3) to follow you
and just stuff like that. thanks so much

also if you tag them and they are not following you will they still see it?

U put the @ sign in front of their twitter name like this @Example and then u say whatever and click tweet then u click ur mentions and see if anyone has tweeted u. And u can't make a celeb follow u. They follow random ppl but if tweet them enough u may get lucky
As long as they're page is not private u can still tweet them. If their page is private u can't see their tweets and ull have to request to follow them..
