It is a scam, malware.
Probably Malwarebytes Free will remove it.

Scam. Restart the machine in safe mode with networking. Download the free scanner from http://malwarebytes.org. Run the full scan.

it's a scam/phishing site.

to get rid of it follow these steps:

1, start the computer and keep pressing the F8 key (even if the computer starts to beep).

2, from the list select 'safe mode with networking

3, once started download this:

Malwarebytes

Just force quit your browser and restart your computer.

Malwarebytes should help you remove it. This is a scam. I got it myself on my Chrome browser. From what I found about the remedy is that you need to reset your browser to fix and remove this. Safari on Mac has this issue as well

holy fuck that same thing just happened to me and I was actually watching porn I was so scared thank god its just a virus

- Connie - 04-28-2014 08:18 PM

Do you have any antivirus like Malwarebytes or AVG, try to remove it with the antivirus. If you want to remove it manually, you need to get into safe mode and then remove its related processes, files and registry entries.
