Hi. I have registered my phone number with Facebook. If I loose my phone, they will be able to send a password reset code to my phone, and then access my Facebook. Are there any ways to remove this ability, and just have the E-mail option?

Unregister ur phone
There is a option in privacy or account setting go to security go in phone option and remove d phone
