I just got the Turbo deal from TWC (Time Warner Cable) and I was wondering how quick it is. For example let's say that I was to install a game on steam (Bioshock Infinite) approximately how long would it take?

20 mbps is pretty good.
I can't really tell you how long it would take to download since I don't have steam,...

Yeah that's a good- if not really good- connection. Unfortunately the speed of download is often reliant on Steam's download service and not so much your personal internet.
Downloading 2gb on steam on an average day would date approx. 2 hours. I'm sure you can figure out your download time by that
