No, you can't do that, sorry.
If your phone got a WLAN then you can browse in your phone using the internet connection for pc(also need some other hardware softwares).
You want to browse in your nokia phone without using its network(gprs), same time you have a internet connection for your pc, but you can't combine that two in that way.
