i would like to make my own website but cant choose a name. i would like to make a website like where you can buy and sell stuff, also chat to people and my website would be like everything sorry if i'm confusing you its hard to explain

You need to be more specific, website for: Trading, dentists, services, etc etc.

Well if it were a blog, I'd say go with your own name! That's what I did. It's useful for a bunch of things like branding, search engine optimization and other.

Now from what you've wrote you could be starting some weird kind of craigslist / chat-roulette hybrid.
However, whatever it function may be, it should have a catchy and easy to remember the name. Think of google, twitter, youtube, etc.

Here is what you could do to:
1) Sit down and start just writing down different names that come to your mind.
2) Repeat that process through a few days untill you have a list of up to 50 names.
3) Go through the list and delete the ones you don't really like
4) Go through the list again and delete the ones you're not too sure about
5) Go through the list yet again and delete the ones you wouldn't call awesome
6) Now you should have only a few names, pick the one that suits your site the most. Then if you can't decide (all of them are THAT good) just pick one out randomly

The main thing is that it's YOUR website and YOU get to name it however YOU want.
