Look at what you sell. In todays' market you almost have to be online to sell anything, but if you are just trying to out shout a thousand others selling the same thing for another person. Forget it. Like letting others sell your e-products, they want 75% of the money to even try to sell it and then the are horrible spammers that give you a bad name as they only want the money. You're better off on creating art.

Sure it an be, revenue, traffic stats, Google page rank can all be appraisal factors, pricing at 8X to 15X monthly revenue is a common negotiation starting point. Flippa.com is the best know site selling site.
