"Can't find a single missing plane properly and searches for life outside of this planet."
Which one is correct and why?
I don't know which one is right, can't find which one to post on my facebook.

"(They) can't find a single missing plane properly, (but they) search for life outside of this planet."
There's no subject to the sentence, and "and" is not the correct link between the two items being compared.

Why use the word "properly"? Either you/they/he/she (you need a subject) find a missing plane or they don't.
Otherwise Phil is correct.

Better use the passive voice.
