I am 15 I have arthritis in my knees hands and jaw and I on prednisone (steroids) to help get my arthritis under control and I am like really upset about my weight and dont know what to do ive tried diets and everything but its really hard on the steriods and I know I make excuses but I was just wondering can anyone like give me any exercise to do or any good diets that actually keep the weight off once u stop them I would be really grateful also something that's cheap not like the venus factor because I am 15 and dont want to ask mum for money as she is already struggling

a good and healthy diet is the "wheat belly diet". There's a group called "wheat belly" on FB. They share all their successes, recipes, and you can ask your questions there. Many have been healed from their sicknesses including arthritis...
There's also a book you can read called "wheat belly" or maybe find it at the library not sure.
I remember reading that "wheat" causes weight gain and many other sicknesses...you see wheat is genetically modified (GMO) and that's not healthy.

The best way to reduce weight is take more protein,fiber & less carbohydrate,fat,cholesterol. Cut cheese out, now fit all those meals in a 6 hour window then don't eat anything until that time comes again the next day. I fast from 2pm to 6pm then don't eat anything until 2pm the next day. Great for fat loss, Dinner is perfect you can also eat brown rice, and instead of cereal, eat some oatmeal with a scoop of peanut butter, cinannom, peanuts and honey. for lunch eat the same as what you eat for dinner. stay away from white bread.
A gallon of water. You can drink all day long it wont break your fast.
