i want to know is it possible to sign up with free domain id wh we created ie admin@website.com
for signup to twitter,fb,pinterest,g+...has the mails come to admin@website.com is forwarded to other email wh has social nw account..

Unfortunatley, you can not do it for free. You would have to buy your own server and then set up an E-mail on that server. (And let me tell you, good quality servers are quite expensive.) You can also get a free trial for a custom E-mail adress at some E-mail providers. Other than that, there is no other way that to buy a domain and buy a custom E-mail adress.

Yes its Possible As Long As you Can Go to That Email And Get a Confirmation Message From Facebook You Will Need to Confirm Any Account Before you Can Use your Facebook
