Unlimited hosting can be good for you. And it it is the cheapest option

Go with the host that will provide unlimited bandwidth not unlimited storage............

It depends on the content of the website. If it is just a bunch of text and some images you really don't need anything special at all. If you are offering people things to download or stream like video or music then you will need more bandwidth.
Just sign up for something basic and a few days in ask the hosting company how much bandwidth is being used.
