It is One type of plug-in, I also faced this type of problem. You can easily remove from your software install/uninstall menu in control panel. And best protector is a Microsoft security essential from my side.

Yes its true that when we work on computer there are lots of popups come up. These are really annoying thing. To get rid of pop up I suggest you to install pop up blocker Or any Antivirus that will not allow such unnecessary things in PC.

it seems that your pc got some adware or browser hijacke malware. In this case, do not click any ads on the pop-up page. then clear all the cookies of your affected web browsers
Google Chrome:
Click on the "Tools" menu and select "Options".
Click the "Under the Bonnet" tab, locate the "Privacy" section and Click the "Clear browsing data" button.
Select "Delete cookies and other site data" and clean up all cookies from the list.
Mozilla Firefox:
Click on Tools, then Options, select Privacy
Click "Remove individual cookies"
In the Cookies panel, click on "Show Cookies"
To remove a single cookie click on the entry in the list and click on the "Remove Cookie button"
To remove all cookies click on the "Remove All Cookies button"
Internet Explorer:
Open Internet explorer window
Click the "Tools" button
Point to "safety" and then click "delete browsing history"
Tick the "cookies" box and then click “delete”
If that doesn't work, you can contact an online computer expert for instant help.
