This company has broken into the top 2000 most visited websites in the last 6 months on alexa.com, something that took Facebook, and Twitter over 7 years to do, plus offering a free way to make money to all its members. It's filed the papers to become publicly traded on the stock market this week, because of its very simple, and free business idea, as well as splitting 70% of its advertising revenue amongst all its members. Being that it's less than a year old I wonder will this be the next Google, or Facebook, or Twitter? http://www.internetstring.com

No, for one, the logistics of sending money to hundreds of thousands of people is a nightmare in itself, could you imagine the security risk involved alone?
Second, no! How could a company survive on only 30% revenue and afford to send everybody the rest is beyond me. The only reason the others have made it is because of the revenue generated by online ad's.
Any business that says they will do that sounds too much like they are phishing for peoples information, make a billion and run. I won't even go to the link you provided, it sounds too scary to me.
