Selling Japanese products in the UK? - David Robinson - 04-28-2014 08:31 PM

I want to sell Japanese products in the UK, like "Make Your Own Candy" sets.

But I'm not sure about the Import Duty, VAT, etc that I need to look out for.

Anyone?

doesnt matter what it is, its its value that counts.

You have

Import duty around 5-20%
VAT 20%
Admin fee for collection of payment ? guess £10 - £99

They are very unreliable and "Make Your Own Candy" is a very bad isea due to the diseases and cheaply made products of Asia. Dont Do It!
