I have a little talent/hobby of making and decorating any types of cakes. I give the ones I make to friends and family, and I have only once sold a cake to my best friend. I am 16, live with my parents, and I go to college. I have no health&safety certificates etc etc. Could I advertise my service on Facebook to friends and their friends without having these certificates/legal requirements? So I could make money from it.

Anything is possible. Once you advertise on Facebook, it is out there for the public. It would increase your chances of having a problem.
