My friends Instagram pictures are telling to me that I have to put a picture to be safe from being deleted. Is this true? Do I have to put a picture? Or is it a scam?

It's a hoax. Delete it
Instagram is NOT deleting accounts -that would be suicide. Their ad rates are based on the number of accounts they have. They want more people to open accounts they are not closing any accounts
