Okay first off let me say that I was not the one that was being recorded..... I only assess question because the two gentlemen that were recorded or mentally Challenged... Okay so from the beginning I work at a Guest Home which has 14 people living in it all of them or mentally disabled... ... One night off work I was browsing on Facebook and ran a cross a page called meanwhile in Modesto... One of the videos that I was watching happened to be two of the 14 clients that I work with inside a adult sex store.Ok now I see nothing wrong with them being an adult sex store just because they are developed does not mean they don't have rights such as anyone else.But my problem is that too in Employees at the register is were secretly recording them with their handheld phone device without their knowledge ... Pretty much making fun of them for the enjoyment and laughs of their website... not only are they making fun of the disabled isn't a adult sex store supposed to be discreet .. Lawsuit?

There is "no expectation of privacy" walking around a store. No lawsuit!
