so i have a htc my touch 4G phone. i have a 2G data plan.
I downloaded the facebook app from the market.
And I was wondering if this app uses my data plan?
i need answers please!

it will use the plan through which you are logged in...i.e whichever plan you use to connect internet..FB will use that data plan

Yes, it uses data. It uses less data than you would use browsing the Facebook mobile website. It also used about 9mb of data to download the app.
