could this mean he likes me? cause idk where he even got my instagram,I like him also we dont talk but even I did want to talk to him I couldnt cause I dont see him often.
that same day I saw him at the library he followed me kn instagram the next day,we also make mild eye contact,he liked one of my pics a funny pic I posted. anyways how can I know he likes me when I barely talk to him?

He may... Be a little flirty if he doesn't like you you'll atleast Gain a friend maybe... Better than wondering. comment on one of his pics and say "this is really cool" or "cutie
" doing it online makes it less awkward... And goodness it wouldn't hurt you to flash him a smile the next time you make eye contact
