Samsung Galaxy S3 or iPhone 4s? - HJ - 04-28-2014 08:42 PM

I was recently looking around and found a deal on Kogan as I need a new phone.
It's basically between a Samsung Galaxy s3 16 GB with 1 year warranty new from Kogan for $399.00
OR
A Brand new iPhone 4s 16 GB (new with warranty, etc etc) from Kogan for $570.00
I know price wise the Galaxy is a wiser choice but price isn't a huge deal here.
I use Instagram, Facebook, Apps, Emoji, Hotmail, Camera and other features of my current iPhone 3GS a lot so I just wanted to hear other people's opinions.
Does not seeing emoji on Instagram become annoying?
Which has a better camera?
Or even which model you like or if you have converted.
Sorry for such a lengthy question
I have just googled it so many times and no one has really answered it in a review!!
I want personal experiences, not just recounting specs Smile Thanks
Sorry I forgot to add, I'm not from the US I'm from Australia! So phones here are full price and plans aren't an option to me Sad

I've had the 4s and 5 but once I got the s3 the iphone is nothing to me anymore. The camera quality is amazing on the s3 better then iphone no doubt. All of the apps mentioned work great on the s3 I find it easier to use as well.

Galaxy S3 hands down is the best option since it has almost every feature better compared to iPhone 4s and still is cheaper.

Comments on Galaxy S3 from a user, should be helpful on this decision:
